IEST will take whatever actions it considers necessary to prevent the misuse of its valuable IEST Marks.

Nothing on the IEST website should be construed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of IEST’s intellectual property marks displayed on the IEST website, without its prior written permission in each instance.

You acknowledge that the IEST website and its Content may be protected by copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights by IEST or third parties, and that these worldwide rights are valid and protected in all forms, media, and technologies existing now and hereinafter developed. You also acknowledge that the IEST website is and shall remain the property of IEST.

No portion of the IEST website may be reproduced in any form, electronic or otherwise, for any purpose other than personal use, without prior written permission of IEST.
