EDUCON 2021 Frequently Asked Questions

Can I earn any IEST Learning Path Certificates during the event?

Depending on the courses for which you register, you can earn your Basics of Climatics Learning Path Certificate or your Cleanroom Fundamentals Certificate.

Will courses be recorded to access later?
Yes. You will receive an email after the conference when they are available.

Is there an attendee code of conduct?
Yes, we have a Code of Conduct for our meetings and specific information for virtual meetings. Please read the IEST Virtual Meetings and Training Code of Conduct to ensure the best experience for all attendees.

Is there a dress code?
No, but please make sure what you wear is appropriate and comfortable for online learning.

Can I follow the conference on social media?

The virtual event webpages will launch the week before the conference. You will receive an email from IEST the week before with all the necessary information. The week before classes start, training course participants will receive an email from Webex with a link to access the classes for which you have registered. You will also receive an email directly from IEST with directions and the same information.

How will I receive my course materials for the training courses I registered for?

The week before classes start you will receive an email from IEST with a PDF of the course material. If there are any technical documents associated with your class, you will receive an email from Techstreet to access and download those documents. You will need to create a username and password on the Techstreet IEST Bookstore webpage to access the documents. Please make sure to use the same email as the email that you used to register for the class.

How do I log in to the virtual event platform?
To access the virtual platform web pages, you will need to know your login (username and password) for the IEST website.
