IEST Supports the Next Generation of Professionals at ESTECH 2026
IEST is proud to offer a limited number of scholarship opportunities to support industry professionals in attending ESTECH 2026. This program is designed to help professionals who impact controlled environments gain valuable technical insights, strengthen leadership skills, and connect with peers in the community.

May 4-7, 2026
Forth Worth, Texas
What the Scholarship Includes
Each scholarship package is valued to provide comprehensive support for your participation:
• Registration: Complimentary registration for ESTECH 2026 (training courses excluded).
• Travel Stipend: $1,000 stipend to be used toward travel and accommodation expenses.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for a scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Member/Subscriber: Must be a current IEST member in good standing, or an IEST Subscriber.
• Commitment: Recipients should be able to attend the full event, including all relevant sessions and working groups.
• Expectations: Recipients will be asked to attend a training course during the conference as an onsite technical liaison to the online audience and may be invited to share their experience with the membership to help illustrate the impact of the program.
Application & Selection Process
• Key Deadlines: Applications are due 03/15/2026; recipients will be notified by 03/30/2026.
• Evaluation: Applications will be reviewed by IEST leadership and scored on information submitted, with financial need as a primary factor in the selection process.
