ESTECH 2026 Registration Details

CONFERENCE SESSIONS REGISTRATION:

  • Includes access to the conference presentations, Working Group meetings,  and admittance to all events EXCEPT continuing education training courses. Unless otherwise noted, Includes new membership or membership renewal. 
  • Fellows, Past Presidents, Company/Sponsor Packages, Bulk Discount, and Session Chair/Presenters Single Session options do not include new membership or membership renewal.
  • Student option does not include access to the conference proceedings or new membership or membership renewal.
     

SESSION PRESENTERS/CHAIR REGISTRATION:

  • Conference Session chairs and presenters will not have to pay a registration fee if they are just presenting or chairing in their session and not attending the rest of the conference.
  • If chairs or presenters would like to attend other conference sessions and Working Group meetings, registration fee payment is required. The fee includes admittance into all conference sessions, Working Group meetings, networking events, plus a new membership or membership renewal. Does NOT include continuing education training courses.
  • Session Presenters and Chairs must register in advance to be confirmed in the program and must turn in the session agreement form prior to registering to receive the special discounted rate.
     

CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAM:

  • Includes admittance into Working Group meetings and networking events. Registration does NOT include membership, conference sessions, and conference presentations.
  • Continuing Education Program Conference Sessions Add-on Package - includes admittance and all benefits included in the conference session registration option. This does include a new membership or membership renewal.

*COURSE STUDENT RATE:

  • To qualify for the student rate individual must be a full-time student. To register at this rate, please call IEST at 847-981-0100. Online registration at this rate is unavailable until IEST is contacted.

PAYMENT
Payment MUST accompany registration; there is no invoicing. IEST does not accept Purchase Orders as a method of payment. Phone registrations are not accepted. Cash payments will not be accepted on-site.
 

REGISTRATION POLICY

IEST reserves the right to cancel courses, in which case registrants will receive a refund of the fee. IEST is not responsible for any refund or remuneration for hotel, transportation, additional registration fees, tours, or other expenses related to attendance beyond the registration fee refund.

All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is processed. IEST does not invoice or accept purchase orders as payment. IEST reserves the right to charge a 5% administrative fee on additional transactions arising from customer order errors and a $40 fee for non-sufficient fund checks or credit card charge claims in error.

Transfers: Registrations are transferable to another person for the same event. A $35 transfer fee applies. Transfer of a member registration to a nonmember registration will be charged the difference in fees. 

Cancellations: Cancellation requests received 60 days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund LESS a $75 administration fee. Cancellation requests received 30-59 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the start of the event. Virtual training courses: No refunds for any reason will be issued after course instructions and materials have been sent to attendees.
 

GUESTS: Guest tickets for the Awards/Membership Luncheon ($65) and the Welcome Reception ($35) may be purchased separately; contact IEST for more information.
