Attendees staying at the hotel can receive a complimentary whiskey tasting provided by the hotel.  Open to all attendees. No registration necessary.

Interact with IEST leadership, including the current Executive Board, Past Presidents, and current President Gordon Ely, as they welcome you to the conference. The Presidential Welcome Reception offers the perfect opportunity to network with industry experts and socialize with peers over appetizers and refreshments while visiting the booth exhibits at the Expo. Exhibitor Booth Spotlight presentations will also be scheduled.

IEST Awards and Annual Membership Meeting Luncheon
Wednesday, May 1, 12:15 – 1:30 p.m.

Ticket required for admittance.

Mingle with members, leaders, exhibitors, and honorees during our annual membership meeting lunch. We will honor our 2018-2019 award recipients for their outstanding achievements in the technical community, recognize the current IEST Executive Board officers, and introduce the new slate of officers for 2019-2020. Those in attendance will also have a chance to win our the raffle prize--a Bose SoundLink Revolve Bluetooth Speaker, generously sponsored by Labconco.

Dale Walsh, the keynote speaker, will address 1) measuring and controlling airborne hazards on stage and in the audience at Las Vegas production shows; 2) air contaminants associated with new “Green“ buildings at the Air Force bases in the Las Vegas area and other Nevada area Navy and Army bases; 3) measurement and control of cigarette smoke in casinos in Las Vegas and Singapore as well as odor assessment and control for the marijuana industry; and 4) the lead and noise hazards associated with indoor and outdoor firing ranges in the area.

Open to all ESTECH registrants and the public. Public must register online or on-site in order to receive a badge. Conference and course attendees automatically receive admittance into the exposition.
