* The special exhibitor conference registration rate does not include an IEST membership or training course access.  Special registration rate is valid only for exhibiting company employees (unlimited).  Exhibitor conference registrant must be an employee of the company that signed the exhibitor contract. Offer valid only for fully paid exhibit and does not apply to complimentary, trade, or exhibit space received through the Corporate Sponsorship program. Must turn in all of your special registration rate print registration forms no later than April 8.

  1. Visit https://eventnow.encoreglobal.com

  2. In the search box search "Institute of Environmental Sciences" (without the quotes)

  3. In the Upcoming Events area to the left of the search box find "Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology (IEST) Annual Meeting May2026 Exhibitor" and click the "Shop for Event" button

  4. Select the items and options you would like for your booth.

  5. Once all items have been added to the cart at the top right of the page is a "My Cart" button, click here to review your order.

  6. Once everything appears to be correct simple click "Proceed to Checkout" and follow the onscreen instructions.

Booth Personnel Registration
Three complimentary "Exhibit-Only" registrations are included with expo package; additional "Exhibit-Only" booth personnel badge can be added for $25 on-site at the IEST registration desk. All tabletop personnel must have a badge. This badge will allow the individual into the exposition. If they would like to attend any of the conference events, they must register online. 

Special Registration Rate
Exhibitors have access to receive unlimited three-day conference session registrations. This registration includes admittance into all conference session, Working Group meetings, and networking events. This does not include admittance into training courses or an IEST membership/renewal. You must turn in an ESTECH print registration form for all your registrants no later than April 8.
