Our hosting provider is changing. Starting the week of July 14, 2025, Journal of the IEST will be hosted by our vendor KGL PubFactory. The URL to access your content will become https://jiest.kglmeridian.com/.

Although the underlying hosting vendor has changed, the site’s feature set and appearance have not been modified in any material way. Our priority has been to ensure there would be as little disruption as possible during this transition.
While your existing user profile will remain intact with the email address previously used at https://meridian.allenpress.com/jiest/, you will need to reset your password before your first login to the site. Please visit the page https://jiest.kglmeridian.com/forgotpassword to reset your password. You will be directed to the login page to log in with your updated credentials.

The online Journal of the IEST provides subscribers and IEST members with access to 30 years of technical articles and peer-reviewed technical papers on simulation, testing, control, current research, and teaching of environmental sciences and technologies.

Subscription includes online access to current issue and available archived issues and new articles. The Journal of the IEST is published in November of each year.

PAYMENT

  • Advance payment is required on all orders.
  • Payments accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or check/bank draft written in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
  • Check payments must be made for the correct amount. Any checks received with insufficient funds or not written on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds will be returned, causing delays in processing the subscription renewal.
  • Purchase orders are not accepted as payment.
  • IEST does not accept wire/bank transfers.

AGENCIES

  • A 15% discount is granted to agencies for all NEW subscribers and renewals if payment is received by December 31 prior to the subscription year.
  • If the agency requests separate invoicing of individual subscribers, the agency commissions cannot be paid, and the agency will be charged a fee of $10 per subscription.
  • Subscriber name and address must be supplied so IEST can determine if they have an existing Allen Press account, required for online access.

CLAIMS

  • All claims regarding access to the online Journal should be directed to IEST at meridiansupport@allenpress.com.

CANCELLATION

  • No refunds will be granted on cancelled subscriptions.

ONLINE AUTHENTICATION AND ACCESS

  • The online Journal of the IEST will authenticate users by any of the following methods: IP number, username/password combinations, ATHENS Authentication, or HTTP Referrer.
  • The online Journal of the IEST is hosted by Allen Press on their publishing platform, Meridian.
  • Subscribers access the online Journal through their existing registered Allen Press account. If not currently a registered user, the subscriber must register to access the online Journal.
