ISO Standard extends particulate classification into nanoscale
The trend of developing products with ever-shrinking feature sizes is creating an ever-growing need for standardization in nanotechnology-related manufacturing environments. ISO/TC 209 is meeting this need by developing a series of standards that classify cleanliness levels for cleanrooms and controlled environments working in the nanoscale range.
