Fundamentals of Cleanroom Operations with the New Changes to ISO 14644-5


ISO 14644-5 was issued originally in 2004.  The standard has been totally revised and is at the DIS level. This course will address the “new” requirements which include the establishment of an Operation control programme to ensure efficient cleanroom operation within specified cleanliness levels and Impact Assessments. The Operations Control Programme includes management of personnel, entry and exit of personnel and materials, cleaning, maintenance and monitoring. The Impact Assessment is targeted towards maintaining the cleanroom operation within specified limits. This assessment is required to be performed for the start of the routine cleanroom operation and is required be revisited or revised when major modifications or exchange of stationary equipment is foreseen.
