ISO/TC 209 Standards
IEST serves as Secretariat for ISO/TC 209: Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments. The official, internationally approved versions of the ISO 14644 and 14698 Standards are available directly through IEST.

ISO/TC 209 is developing multi-part documents encompassing the standardization of equipment, facilities, and operational methods. The cornerstones of the standard are ISO 14644: Cleanrooms and controlled environments, Part 1: Classification of air cleanliness and Part 2: Specifications for testing and monitoring to prove continued compliance with ISO 14644-1.

New ISO 14644 American National Standards Electronic Handbook now available at the IEST Publication Store. This is the complete series of the American national standards editions of ISO 14644 in a single, searchable electronic document. The Handbook includes American national standards ISO 14644-1, ISO 14644-2, ISO 14644-3, ISO 14644-4, ISO 14644-5, ISO 14644-6, ISO 14644-7, and ISO 14644-8.
