This Recommended Practice (RP), IEST-RP-CC040, will provide a framework for developing an effective cleaning program for equipment surfaces within cleanrooms or other controlled environments.
The first edition of Cleaning of Equipment Surfaces in the Cleanroom and Controlled Environments is under development by Working Group 040 of the IEST Contamination Control Division (WG-CC040).
