Draft Scope: This Recommended Practice (RP), IEST-RP-DTE044, will provide vendors with a set of standards to follow when offering products that perform Time Waveform Replication (TWR). These standards will ensure that the product meets the basic requirements of accuracy and reliability. The RP will also address standard processes and procedures to be followed when setting up and running TWR tests. This will include levels of accuracy that must be attained and maintained throughout the duration of the test. This RP will not divulge specific algorithms that are proprietary to certain vendors.
The first edition of
Time Waveform Replication is under development by Working Group 044 of the IEST Design, Test, and Evaluation Division (WG-DTE044).
