Clean Technologies — What is the Future?

Today's leading-edge cleanroom technology, control of particulate and molecular contamination, and new applications such as nanotechnology or micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), are this industry's challenges of the future. Innovative approaches, applications, and ideas, as well as technology to reduce the risk of accidents, will be discussed at the ICCCS 2012 International Symposium on Contamination Control.

Working group meetings will be an important part of the Zurich symposium. In addition to ICCCS Working Groups, the symposium will also offer the opportunity to hold meetings of ISO TCs, ICEB, and other task groups.
