The online Journal of the IEST provides subscribers and IEST members with access to over 25 years of technical articles and peer-reviewed technical papers on simulation, testing, control, current research, and teaching of environmental sciences and technologies.

Subscription includes online access to annual issue plus access to available online archive issues. Access to the online archives is available throughout the subscription period to current subscribers only. Notification will be sent when the current Journal is available online.

PLEASE NOTE: Online access to the current Journal of the IEST issue (as of membership date) and the 1985-current archive is included in the pricing of IEST membership dues as a valuable benefit of membership. PAYMENT

• Advance payment is required on all orders.
• Non-U.S. orders must be remitted in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
• The balance sent to IEST after any bank charges or transfer fees must equal the full cost of the order.
• Online payment available with credit card.

AGENCIES

• A 15% discount is granted to agencies for all NEW subscribers and renewals if payment is received by December 31, 2011.
• If the agency requests separate invoicing of individual subscribers, the agency commissions cannot be paid, and the agency will be charged a fee of $10 per subscription.
• Subscriber name and address must be supplied so IEST can determine if they have an existing MetaPress account, required for online access.

CLAIMS

• All claims regarding access to the online Journal must be directed to IEST at membershipdept@iest.org.

CANCELLATION

• No refunds can be granted on cancelled subscriptions.

ONLINE AUTHENTICATION AND ACCESS

• The online Journal of the IEST will authenticate users by any of the following methods: IP number, username/password combinations, ATHENS Authentication, or HTTP Referrer.
• The online Journal of the IEST is hosted by MetaPress, a division of EBSCO.
• Subscribers access the online Journal through their existing registered MetaPress account. If not currently a registered user, the subscriber must register with MetaPress to access the online Journal.
