Electronic Documents will be e-mailed same business day when ordered by noon. Orders placed after noon will be e-mailed the next business day. 

Electronic documents are watermarked with the BUYER'S name and organization name, if listed, password protected, and cannot be changed once ordered. If documents should be watermarked to a name other than the Buyer’s, please specify that name in the "Ship To" field.

Electronic version publication is a single-user, non-revisable Adobe Acrobat PDF file and will be e-mailed to you the same business day if ordered by noon. This is a single-user license to store this file on your personal computer. Under no circumstances may the electronic file be copied, transferred, scanned, or placed on a network of any sort without authorization from IEST. You may print and retain only one copy from the PDF file.
